Psychological Safety and Embracing Failure in Product Development
As a product person, I find myself researching software development on a regular basis. While tuning into “Fail Better: Embracing Failure” by Command Line Heroes, I learned about Psychological Safety and why “Failing Better” is much better than “Failing fast”! This truly translates to feedback loops, creating iterative product delivery models, and investing the effort to create a blame-less team culture. I dove deeper and listened to more podcasts on the topic, read books, and articles online. I have summarized this research and references for a one stop shop! Including actionable ways to apply these practices.
