Originally I found this guide, and used it to get started in making goals. Find Balance in your Life- Balanced Life Assessment Tool. To take it to the next level and hold yourself accountable to your wellbeing, add 2-3 measurable goals to each of these pillars. I have included many other formats below including Wheel of Life worksheets to fill out.
Note that these “pillars” can be custom to your particular life and priorities.
